This image was to support an article about train travel and made from 8 different pictures. The color balance, shadows and the size of the objects were optimized individually to make them realistic.
This collage is a featured image on a magazine that goes along with an article “Are Electric Cars Better for the Environment?”. I wanted the readers to have a mixed feeling: to wonder if this article has either a negative or positive conclusion before reading the article, and to think more about this matter after reading the article.
To achieve that, while highlighting the EV as a focus, I placed an equal amount of positive and negative elements. The positive elements were placed on the upper side with a hope that we are going that way in future while leaving behind the negative elements at the bottom.
